Blood stocks in Latvia have once again fallen significantly.
The National Blood Donor Centre (VADC) is calling on anyone who is able and willing to donate blood to come forward. In order to reach as many donors as possible, mobile blood collection units are also scheduled to visit many towns and settlements across Latvia, Latvian Television reports.
