Advertising Orders, Cancellations & Refunds
This policy explains when an advertising order becomes binding, how cancellations are handled, and when a refund or campaign credit may be available.
Before payment
Do not send payment until TDBN accepts the order and confirms the placement, country or site scope, schedule, total price, payment method, and recipient details. An unaccepted order can be withdrawn through the Contact page without a cancellation charge.
Orders TDBN denies or cannot deliver
If TDBN denies a campaign or cannot provide the confirmed placement and schedule, any verified payment received for the undelivered campaign will be returned in full, subject to applicable law and the payment method’s processing time.
Cancellation before the campaign starts
An advertiser may request cancellation through the Contact page before the confirmed start time. If no campaign delivery or custom production work has begun, TDBN will return the verified amount received. Nonrefundable third-party payment, bank, or blockchain network fees may be deducted only when they were actually charged and cannot be recovered.
After delivery begins
Time, placement, or impressions already delivered are not refundable. If TDBN is unable to deliver a material remaining portion of the confirmed campaign, TDBN may provide equivalent make-good delivery, a credit for the undelivered portion, or a prorated refund for the undelivered portion.
Advertiser delays and rejected changes
A confirmed reservation may remain chargeable when delivery is delayed because the advertiser does not provide approved creative, supplies an unsafe or broken destination, misses a required response, changes the campaign after confirmation, or violates the Advertising Terms. TDBN will make a reasonable effort to reschedule compliant creative when inventory permits.
Performance is not guaranteed
A campaign is purchased for the confirmed placement and time or delivery basis—not a guaranteed number of clicks, sales, leads, rankings, or revenue. Poor business results alone do not create a refund right when TDBN delivered the confirmed advertising service.
Zelle, Cash App, bank, and crypto payments
Payments can be difficult or impossible to reverse. Verify the TDBN order number, recipient, amount, currency, crypto asset, network, and wallet address before sending. TDBN cannot credit funds that are sent to an unconfirmed recipient, incompatible network, or incorrect address unless TDBN actually receives and can recover them.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Use the TDBN Contact page with the advertising order number, advertiser name, payment reference, requested resolution, and reason. Do not include passwords, PINs, full bank credentials, private keys, or seed phrases. TDBN will review the order record and respond through the contact information supplied with the order.
No limitation of mandatory rights
This policy does not exclude refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The policy in effect when TDBN accepts the order applies unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
