Bilateral meetings held as part of “SOCGOV 2026” international forum

Khankendi, October 23, AZERTAC Anar Aliyev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, met with Vedat Işıkhan, Türkiye’s Minister of Labor and Social Security, on the sidelines of the international forum “SOCGOV 2026: Digital Analytics for Smart Governance,” held in Khankendi.

The sides emphasized the significance of the “SOCGOV 2026” forum, organized by the DOST Agency under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, noting that it serves as an important platform for exchanging advanced international practices in developing social services based on digital analytics and implementing smart management models. Anar Aliyev briefed Vedat Işıkhan on achievements in the digitalization of social services and the establishment of proactive mechanisms within the framework of social reforms implemented in Azerbaijan in recent years. He also highlighted the significant benefits of digital transformation for the sector. The parties reviewed efforts under the cooperation agenda between the two ministries.
