ASAN Khidmet model showcased at international forum in Khankendi

Baku, October 23, AZERTACThe ASAN Khidmet model was presented at the international forum “SOCGOV 2026: Digital Analytics for Smart Governance,” held in Khankendi. In his address, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, highlighted the ASAN Khidmet model as a successful example of an innovative approach to public service delivery.

He noted that the model helps simplify administrative procedures, optimize service processes and strengthen trust between the state and citizens. The forum also highlighted the DOST Agency’s commendable work in implementing digital solutions in social services and promoting a more citizen-centred approach.
