ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has announced a major administrative reshuffle, promoting four BS-19 officers to BS-20 and transferring 54 BS-17 officials across the country with immediate effect. The orders, issued with the approval of the Chief Election Commissioner, also include key postings at the provincial and secretariat levels. According to a notification, four officers have been promoted from BS-19 to BS-20 on a regular basis and placed on one-year probation. The promoted officers include Fazal Hakeem and Abdul Lag. Hakeem, the Regional Election Commissioner in Peshawar, has been posted as Additional Director General (Elections-II) at the ECP Secretariat in Islamabad.
