Complainant wanted me to invest in his taxi business – Noa

Onandjokwe medical doctor Dennis Noa on Wednesday told the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court that the man (26) accusing him of rape wanted him to invest in his taxi business. Noa, who is applying for bail, said he had a disagreement over money with the complainant after he (the complainant) allegedly asked him for N$35 000.

According to Noa, the complainant had asked him to invest in his business, but he refused. Noa said he called his accuser a prostitute and a “b*tch” during the argument.
