British father admits charge over son’s death

A 37-year-old British father on Tuesday admitted the charge against him over the death of his three-year-old son, who fell from a fourth-floor window at a Paphos hotel in July.

The father entered a guilty plea before Paphos district court to causing death by a rash or negligent act. The facts of the case will be presented before the court on October 5, when proceedings will also move to mitigation and sentencing.…
