Akim Swedru MP supports 145 traders, apprentices and artisans

The Member of Parliament for Akim Swedru, Kennedy Osei Nyarko, has provided financial and skills development support to 145 constituents as part of efforts to promote entrepreneurship and vocational training.

The beneficiaries comprise 50 petty traders, 60 prospective apprentices and 35 newly graduated apprentices, who received assistance to strengthen their businesses, acquire vocational skills or establish themselves in their chosen trades. The 50 traders received financial assistance to support their business operations and improve their income-generating activities. Another 60 young people received support to undertake apprenticeship training, allowing them to acquire practical skills for employment and self-employment.
